Important Update: Our Online Store is Closing

After many years online, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our online store due to rising costs and external business pressures, meaning it is no longer sustainable for us to continue online.

We know this may cause challenges, especially for those of you who don’t live close to one of our stores, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this brings. Please know this decision was not taken lightly.

The last day to place an order online will be Monday 27th October 2025. Any existing orders will, of course, be fulfilled, and our team will remain available to support you with any queries.

Most of all, we want to say thank you. Your loyalty and trust have meant the world to us, and we’re so grateful to have been part of your pets’ lives.

Our Stores Remain Open

Although our online store will be closing, our WCF Pet & Equestrian stores remain open, and we’d love to continue welcoming you there.

Our friendly in-store teams are always happy to help with expert advice, product recommendations, and finding the right products for your pets.
