"As soon as WCF reopened after the Christmas break I was contacted by them and a replacement order was sent which I’ve now received. Thank you WCF! I am still waiting for my order which I placed online and paid for on 13th December. Order no. 2709. I have telephoned and emailed, no response. So I am hoping this may bring the issue to your attention. Have ordered my dog food many times over the years with no issue, so hoping this is a glitch in the system. I called the phone number on the website to check that my layers pellets were the usual ones - WCF's own is apparently also called Country Tucker, as the very helpful person who called me back verified. I'm glad my hens can still have their favourite feed, but now it costs me £4.95 extra in delivery charges. :("
